I love the summer! There are so many delicious foods that become available with each additional week as we move further and further along… YUM! But be careful as some of them may be causing you gas, bloating, or discomfort. Low FODMAP foods won’t cause you digestive distress and there are so many choices available right now at your farmer’s markets. This includes: green beans, bell peppers, zucchini, kale, spinach, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, carrots, potatoes, strawberries, raspberries, and BLUEBERRIES! We’ve decided to share with you a delicious recipe with seasonal and fresh blueberries this week. Also be sure too check out our low FODMAP recipe for Field Fresh Blueberry Jam!
