I know how much the Low FODMAP diet has helped me and many of my clients, but I also know how tough it can be to get through. It’s one thing to recommend cutting out a whole lot of irritating foods for your digestive system, but we actually want to help you eat this way and bridge the gap between knowing what you should be doing to improve your symptoms, and actually getting in the kitchen and doing it 😉 Remember the low FODMAP diet is meant to be followed for several weeks, after that time you can start to add foods back into your diet to see what works and what doesn’t. Check our first video from this series Harvest Vegetable Soup!

Here is a simple 15 minute recipe for salmon using one of my favourite ways to cook – en papillote. This low FODMAP recipe is easy, packed with nutrients, and also delicious. You can use any kind of fish you like and include any vegetables you prefer making it totally customizable to your individual tastes. We hope you enjoy!

Much love & good eating,

Stephanie
