With the fourth recipe in our Low FODMAP cooking video series, we thought we would grill something up for you! As the weather here in Ontario continues to get better and better, more of us are heading outdoors to cook. If you have IBS or other digestive distress, you definitely don’t want to miss out on this classic staple for the spring and summer … a beef burger!

Well we’ve created an amazing and delicious recipe with just a few very simple ingredients to add flavour to our beef burger. Remember, the type of beef your purchase will always contribute to the flavour of that burger. We recommend lean (not extra lean), grass-fed beef if you can. Visit your farmer’s market or local butcher to get a high quality, super delicious ground meat.
