It’s time for a fresh burst of summer into your low FODMAP eating! An important part of our low FODMAP cooking series is breakfast and what sounds more delicious that beautiful in-season raspberries sprinkled over a delicious and wholesome breakfast of French Toast? Not many breakfasts compare to this one, especially using a lovely, local, Canadian maple syrup for a little bit of digestive friendly sweetness. You can substitute any seasonal berry in this recipe, which adds antioxidants and fibre to this morning meal. Even if enjoying this recipe in the winter or spring, you can try frozen berries – just gently warm them up to room temperature and add them on top!

If you or someone you love suffers from gas, bloating, abdominal discomfort, or other digestive distress, this is a great recipe to help eat well for digestion and reduce annoying and uncomfortable symptoms.

Much love & good eating,
